Best place to live in Colorado?

Hey y'all. We currently live in Texas but are seriously considering moving to Colorado. Texas just doesn't have the greatest services for Autism, and the access to CBD oil is a big plus for us.
Where is the best place to live in Colorado for services? My son is 7 and has ASD(aspergers), Sensory Processing Disorder, Anxiety and Severe ADHD.

I started my son on cbd oil a week and a half ago. Amazing results so far. He is 8. Had lots of aggression now he is a sweet angel again
