Risperdal

A MyAutismTeam Member asked a question 💭
Edinburg, TX

Is risperdal to give to my 5 year old son with Aspergers and ADHD? We been going over the sides effects with with pediatrician and psychiatrist. His psychiatrist wants to prescribe it to him. We even had to get it cleared with his cardiologist first, because he was an heart murmur. We are afraid of the side effects. Mostly the weight gain, diabetes, involuntary ticks, male breasts, or just a few side effects.
