I took literally everything I had to the interviews. Doctors information, therapy, iep/school, psych eval. I brought my kids so they got the full experience, so to speak. Worked for me.
I wish you the best. Hang in there. The positive is they have to backdate pay from when you applied, so don't get discouraged and quit.
We got it for both children, we had letters from all of the doctors, PCP, Psychiatrist, and Neurologist, the IEP's and the early intervention evaluation. We also brought the financials and also wrote a letter saying what our family situation was. That is ridiculous
I had their diagnosis from their autism specialist their iep and proof of income I seem to have been very lucky sounds like many parents have had horrible experiences with dealing with this matter. I wish you the best of luck. A spread sheet of your bills wouldn't hurt either
Have they tested her? and I don't mean the school. If not, they will want to do that first. If they have not said anything about it, bring it up to them.
