Picky Eater And Weight Gain
A MyAutismTeam Member asked a question 💭

My daughter will be 3 next month and was diagnosed last month. She is a picky eater, chicken nuggets, gummies, fries and pizza or soft taco. I've noticed she's starting to gain some weight. How can I help control her weight with her being nonverbal? When I introduce new foods she pushes away. I don't know what to do. 😕

welcome to tactile sensory issues try and figure out the common denominator in the foods color or texture smell or feel than go from there my son does the sane thing , also milk is a huge weight gainer try watering down milk or changing to almond or rice milk
