Any feedback would be great as we are switching insurance and need a new provider in San Diego/Chula Vista area.
I attempted to use them but stopped for many reasons. Firstly, it is true, they sent me an untrained and not certified individual to assess my child. I later found out that this person has NO experience with kids let alone anyone with autism. The person was trained for 2 hours by prism & then given clients. Secondly, they do not perform background checks on these people who are supposed to be in contact with our children - this is what their manager told me after I asked for confirmation. Thirdly, they are beyond unprofessional.
It’s all about making money than caring about your child. Very sad!
Well they finally corrected the mistakes they made but still decided to change companies trying out aces and so far i like it
Very unprofessional. The assessor got my two sons mixed up when they came out to do the observation and when i got the observation reports i noticed there error and several other errors I addressed the issue and their answer was for me to proofread and They will correct it but it's their error and they should proofread it and correct it .(it about a 75-90 page report for each child) if not they should come out and redo it till this day havent been contacted like they claim they would to fix this issue they are very unprofessional and would not recommend this company
