I had a psychiatrist advise me to take a “safe” new drug for my eating disorders. I was in my first trimester and she assured me there were no known problems taking this drug during pregnancy. I refused. The new drug was “Prozac” and decades later there’s data (and lawsuits) proving developmental issues during pregnancy while taking this medicine. No thanks. My love for my unborn child put him before disorders. Don’t blame yourself. I did everything right and still my son was born with autism. But be extremely cautious taking anything (especially “new” drugs) during pregnancy if you can help it.

Who isn't stressed during pregnancy? Though you take the cake sweety. I was actually the healthiest I've ever been while pregnant with my little wonder baby. I was stressed though but I'm always stressed being accosted at work by my then mother in law and having to change doctors three times do to things not in my control and our last doctor telling my husband and I we smelled poor yup his actual works just put me over the moon. So stressful stuff happened but most of the nine months I was pretty chill. I only took children's gummy vitamins while Prego because two of my doctors said that was the same as prenatals but cheaper and better tasting.
