Lately I've been getting sick every two weeks also feeling exhausted all the time. I usually suck it up and continue with my daily routine and also have been going to alot of workshops since both my boys attend school and I have the extra time but I also do not want to ignore theses feelings I've been having such as Anixity just thinking about my sons new school or will my youngest son Liam ever talk and what about when I'm not around? Make EXERCISE a priority even if you hate it!! I force myself to the gym 5 days a week. It has helped tremendously!! You HAVE to take care of yourself so that you can take care of your family. Mother's are the backbones of their family's, and you have to make yourself a priority for that reason. Good luck!! Do not worry about things you can not control. It accomplishes nothing but causes you anxiety!

I have found that the only way to reduce the stress and anxiety is to give myself permission to disconnect. So for an hour I go to a spa, take a hot shower. Whatever I want to do as my relax time and just stop thinking about it all. Enjoy some music, and have one hour of uninterrupted time. You get caught up in whats next or worrying about things that you drive yourself crazy. You need to tell yourself it's ok to switch off for just a little.

I find time for myself while my kiddos are asleep for the night. I take a nice hot bath, I watch one of my favorite TV shows, or I read. It's important to give yourself a little TLC time when you can. Lots of love to you!
