My son is 3 and non verbal he also has a high tolerance of pain and not aware of danger I applied for IHSS because I can’t go back to work with all his appointments and school what do u do I tell the social worker

How many hours do U get? My son is such a picky eater I can count with one hand what he likes and eats.

I had to give them a note from the doctor stating I could not work due to the twins autism

Hours for feeding ..none, possibly if you have to puree his food,because that is something a normal 3 year old would not require. But simply feeding a picky eater is something you would have to do as a parent ;) pull Ur blender out .. I receive 30 hours a month ,for 7/8 diapers a day, therapy and Dr appointment, and dressing and grooming(teeth brushing)...no hours Fir cleaning the poop off the walls,nor the laundry , or the extra baths. Or the separate meal prep.my worker showed a chart of what Ihss approves for each age group.. Try to google the chart maybe...
