How Are The Public Schools And Services For A High Functioning Child In Kindergarten In San Diego/orange County Area?

We currently live in Marco Island, Florida and we are thinking about moving to California for better services for our son. We do not know where to move to yet. We are just starting our research. How are the public schools in orange county and surrounding areas ? Are there many clinics offering private OT, ST and ABA services? Thank you for any recommendations.
