My son was not pottytrained when he started back in September. But they convinced me that his Special Ed Teachers were trained to help him. Soon after he started school he stop having accidents at school. Only at home I started the process of pottytraing July of last year right before school.

I struggled with getting him to go to bathroom on his on. So every hour I put him on the toilet. In November his teacher recommend at a conference to start sending him in underwear. Because his accidents were few so about two weeks later I did. A week later I pulled the Pull Ups away in the day.

By the beginning of December he was fully daytime pottytrained. He has yet to have a accident at school or public. You jjust never know when it clicks for them. But my son speech is very limited. This is why I am a stay at home mom. I don't want people watching my son not knowing how he is being treated.

But he loves School and riding on the ๐ŸšŒ. He is in Special Ed so he rides the Special Ed bus and they have camera. But he loves his Bus driver and the Aide.

Yes. I was looking online for a special needs school and found one not far from my home. Once I get a free day I am going to go up there and check it out for myself. Mason is not potty trained nor verbal so I'm always hesitant to leave him with just anybody other than his service technicians. But that's sometime from now.
