Looking for information or experiences with special ed schools in south eastern Massachusetts for my high functioning artistic 12 year old ?

He also had a brain injury that affects his processing, learning disability of written language and math, cortical visual impairment, autism, ADHD, OCD, anxiety
He is having trouble keeping up in a regular school and has had many struggles over the past 3 years that are not getting resolved. His doctor’s and therapist are recommending this change
