My daughter has been receiving social security disability benefits as my dependent. She is 18 now and those benefits will end when she graduates in June. She is very high functioning, but her anxiety issues definitely limit employment opportunities. Does anyone have experience with how hard it may be to get a continuation of her current SSD benefits as a disabled adult child? Should I be applying for SSI instead?
