In regards to ANY Child who HAS or Has Ever HAD an IEP in the Past as Parent , Guardian , or Caretaker you CAN ASK for an ARD Meeting at ANY TIME for pretty much Any Reason
And the School HAS TO HONOR that Request Wether or Not they are in Agreement.Ask for an ARD MEETING for your child. You may have to be INSISTANT.Put it in WRITING and make sure you make it is CLEAR that you are asking for an "EMERGENCY"ARD MEETING.........this means it is IMPORTANT and NEEDS to be addressed IMMEDIATELY..Dont Forget to Document EVERYTHING in a Notebook..........WHEN you called, WHO you talked to and WHAT you called about and the ANSWER you were given. Also make Note IFyou Reached WHO you were trying to Contact and IF THEY Ever Contacted YOU BACK.
I’m nervous about him not having his iep, any thought?
