I am a single mom of an 8th ASD,ODD,SPD,ADHD and speech delayed child. Right now we are in NY and looking into moving to Mecklenburg school district or Fort Mill school district. I have read so many things about both but can’t really find out which would offer the most and best services for my child. ANY input would be helpful. Thank you
