He does well on it now. The first two weeks he was really lethargic in the mornings.

Hi, my grandson was put on Tenex this year, he is also five. He was suppose to have the same dosage as your son. It totally knocked him out. He slept all day. I have never given a full dise since then. He only gets .5 mg once a day. Hope this helps.
