Does anyone have experience and thoughts On Zyprexia? My son s 15 with severe mania and aggression.

@A MyAutismTeam Member .. you are very welcome ... good luck with Brendan, and if Zypexia doesn't work, try a different medication.. sounds like you may have the hospital and doctor you need now .. I am always willing to help.. had stuff to talk about ya know :) Praying for you and your son !

big time... in fact I took martial arts training to learn holds... his meltdowns would go on for up to 1 hour.. all physical battles and SIB...

and, as any ASD parent , i HATE to jinx myself.. but... today is very very good :)

My son had got it and he's eight when he was hospitalized in the psychiatric hospital that's what they gave him and it seemed to help but he is not on it anymore

@MamaAmo- yes unfortunatey it stopped working and he had a ravenous appetite which made him even more agitated. We did have great reaults with it from age 8- 14
