in Canada. It was a big purchase but I researched special needs bikes in the USA and they were 2K on up but I din't like the styles available. I like this one because it's the width of a wheel chair so we can ride on sidewalks (with care). I also put led lights on it to make us more visible at night.

I forgot to add that we use a softer playground type ball instead of a real basketball. Walmart has those too.
