My granddaughter is non-verbal, walks on tip-toes, loves anything that spins, very little eye contact. What can I do to help her when she's with me?

Check out Relationship Development Intervention. RDI. They list activities you can do together. If she prefers child lead approach- let her take a lead. As long as she is having fun, she will progress.
