Best smartwatch to track your kids location, and communicate with them? Is there an app even thet lets you call a nonverbal person and they make image selection feedback that you can see/hear?

I need 2 kids to be able to calm down and have a nice quick measure to halt them by communicating via pecs or phone call, or any other tips anyone has to offer.. kids are teens. Level 2 and 3. I lost income and fighting to get routines back, all while covid is happening :/
