You will have to get evaluations here we evaluated pt ot development and speech took us almost 18 months still waiting on 1 little doctors signature to get mine on the wait list for development preschool it's a long road good luck to you

Compare with peers, and the CDC milestone checklist. Then tell your pediatrician to write you a prescription for OT or other therapies depending on what milestones he is not meeting. I would check with your pediatrician. If he is walking normally and balancing well, it's probably not necessary. Every kid is different but your pediatrician should help you find an appropriate care team. Not every kid needs all the therapies but some of them do.

Thanks for sharing, Saim, my son was diagnosed at 18 months and doesn’t have issue. At least I don’t see them. Do you think he should be assessed?
