Odd that our 13-year-old daughter is just the opposite. She used to eat a lot of sweets and was stuck on eating chicken nuggets. She eat some salad and other stuff. Now she eats hamburgers and only wants to eat a salad with cucumbers and carrots. When offered sweets she says "No, it will make me sugary". I still don't know what triggered the change in diet but my wife says not to change a thing as she wanted her to eat a more balanced diet.
