Summoned To Court For School Truancy

Has anyone been summoned to court for your autistic child’s school refusal? Any insight/helpful tips would be appreciated, including should I hire a lawyer. Thanks.

Was the school informed of this school refusal was it in the IEP I’m asking because if it was and they did not do anything to help. You argue this

Look into the state you live in disability act. There is a federal one also, I would also get lawyer or if your in Mn Pacer Center can help also.
