I give my son Mary Ruth Gummy Magnesium. He takes it at night. I give it to him because I know he doesn't a well balanced diet. But not sure if I see a difference his behavior. I need to get him tested on his mineral levels.

I take NeuroMag to help with restless legs. I do notice it helping with focus a little bit, too! I started it when my friend suggested it to me :)
