Can you ask your regional center for referrals or parents of other ASD kids in the area?
Referrals and advice for people who live in your immediate area are generally the best way to find anything. I think there are some free legal providers out there, but in order to find them you need to research ask and ask anyone who seems to have remotely the same circumstances you do word-of-mouth seems to be the most reliable way.
