Cubby Bed?!?
A MyAutismTeam Member asked a question 💭

Has anyone gotten the Cubby Bed for their ASD/SPD children/adult?!?

What does it help with?!?

It took us many trials to find the right sleeping configuration for my daughter to actually sleep in her room and enjoy it. She used to sleep on the couch then on the floor in her room. We even tried a suspended floating bed. Using a lot of her favourite sensory and regulating items this is where we are now. Since this set up was introduced 4 years ago, she loves her room and sleeps in her bed. Sleep issues still remain but that is a different story😊

My son remains in a Custom Built Padded Crib. Which has an alarm system installed, in case if any sufficient weight changes in his crib, the alarm will sound.

As for myself, I have been placed and currently sleeping in The Sleepsafer Tall Bed from Sleep Safe. Which does have a 3rd row of windows and a top on it.

@A MyAutismTeam Member Yeah it does. I just wanted to see what people got it for when it comes to their ASD kids/adults.
