When my son was younger, I hid it in food I know he loves to eat. Or I mix it in a smoothie. One time he caught me adding carrots in the blender, so the next time I distracted him and added while he wasn’t looking. I hope this helps. Try making scrambled eggs with cheese and spinach. Or omelette.

My kids both started new foods when they went to eat at their friends' homes or out to eat with their grandparents.
