Sometimes neglect or ignore the need to have water, herbal tea, soup or something

I’m fairly good at staying hydrated. I gave up soda and drinks with sugar about 9 years ago. I don’t want the aspartame in diet beverages. I only have caffeine once in a while, it makes me jittery. I mostly drink water & seltzer. I also have decaf coffee or black tea with milk, and sometimes unsweetened iced tea.

I'm the opposite: I'm constantly drinking something! I'm usually pretty thirsty, and I can pound a lot of drinks in a day. Diet pop and zero sugar drink mixes :)
