Hi everyone, I am new here and am looking for a MAPS or GAPS doctor in the Melbourne or surrounding areas. Does anyone have one or know of one?
We just got a diagnosis and will need to PCS to a base that can accommodate my sons needs. Any families have advice on good/bad bases? I know the list of EFMP bases but I want to know who likes what service they're getting from therapists/schools and the base itself. I can't seem to find up-to-date things to read. It all seems to be from 2005-2011 :/ thanks in advance!

There are so many, very difficult to pick and choose. Thanks.

He has been in speech therapy in his special ed class for over a year and while I've seen improvement (mostly with ABA) it is pretty slow. Temple Grandin's book,"The Autistic Brain: Thinking Across the Spectrum", says… read more
