If you have a finicky eater you may want to supplement for those things he/she is missing from the diet. Vitamin D is very important. Also check his cholesterol level. Research is starting to look at “total cholesterol” under 160 as a factor in some spectrum kids. I Hope that helps.
fermented cod liver oil (www.gapsdiet.com), lutimax - homeopathic anti-inflammatory (www.lutimax.com), Probiotics - Custom Probiotics 11 strain formula (www.customprobiotics.com) and the GAPS diet. Has totally turned things around for my little guy. Let me know if you have questions :).
i thought i read somewhere that some kids have too much copper, but some may not have enough, so i guess that's something to get tested for? same with zinc? i dunno.
