I am also reading about the law - they did not know which school Kaleb will be going to - I also went on line to get the schools report card for teaching disable children.

I'm in the same boat. *HUGS* I've already had the chance to speak with the principal at the new school after which I sent a thank you note and invited his special ed coord. to the transition IEP meeting. I have also kept busy reading IEP/special ed law books **yawn**. My son has his kindergarten assessment in June.
