It looks as though my husband will be changing job, which means a change in our healthcare. We are in Northern California (Sonoma County) and currently have Kaiser. The new company only provides Cigna, which I know nothing about.

Does anyone have any experience with Cigna? Both my husband and I are pushing 50, he has a pre-existing chronic condition, and our son is on the spectrum while our daughter has sensitivity issues. Our son needs speech, O/T, and ABA. Most of his services come through… read more

I read that Cigna offers ABA due to California mandates but as a whole you need to be DIRECTLY on top of EVERYTHING with them. I'm sure the customer service reps are paid to lie.
