Has Anyone Done A Vineland II Survey?

Yep; it's pretty common. I'd venture that any formal diagnosis has included a Vineland measure, and most of us have participated in it. It's easy, and doesn't take long to administer. The "weeks' you mentioned is probably to send it off for scoring and a formal writeup.
