This question is old but thought I would add an answer in case anyone else is looking. In Brighton, Dr. Solomons partner, Dr. Bower's has a new clinic called Brighton Center for Pediatric Neurodevelopment. We go there every other friday for Speech therapy. They offer Speech, OT, Executive functioning skills, tutoring, various testing ( ADOS, Learning Difficulties). We've been very happy at the clinic. However, they do NOT take insurance. We've had to work with U of M more because U of M takes our insurance but we literally have a foot in both doors ( U of M and BCPN)

My son was diagnosed by him. I didn't get to meet him. Everything was sent to him.
From my understanding insurance isn't accepted but I'm not 100% sure. Their website is incredible. I am working hard to get my son seen by anyone at that office. They all sound so knowledgeable!
