Wow..... My son does have stomach issues and is under treatment for his autistic crohns/colitis..... But his father had stomach and then eventually head migraines. He suffers both. We did already avoid gluten nitrated, food colorsadditivesin general. But for him it turned ut soy was a big trigger for his migraine.. I would look at all foods that can be sensitive to. By the way a gluten intolerance would not show in celiac test. Mynhusban tested normal on celiac test, but is very reactive to gluten, now that's it's fully out of his system. Gas bloating diareha and migraine all typical reaction. Same for me minus migraine. Gluten will make me very nausea too, but I also tested negative for celiac. Old luck

Stomach/abdominal migraines are headache migraines that manifest in children in their stomach. I know, sounds weird! My son would just not have an appetite. He had mysterious stomach aches, cramps, nausea when thinking about food, combined with a typical ASD limited food choices. One of the few foods he ate aside from McDonalds was hot dogs nad bologna. Turned out, nitrates/nitrites were a trigger! We found nitrite-free hot dogs and that helped tremendously with the pain, but did not bring his appetite back. We did stool tests for h pylori and a blood test for celiac, all negative. Finally the pedi suggested we treat for stomach migraines and put him on Periactin. Wow... he had an appetite and even said for the first time, he felt he could enjoy food, and he gained weight. His weight is now low-normal! :)

One thing about Periactin though is it affects the same serotonin receptors as SSRIs, and can interfere with that,

May I ask , what is stomach migrains? Your son symptoms sounds like my son
