So we have been having a problem with Addison and constipation for about the last year (since she weened at 2 ½ years old.) Lilyluv we are on a program with magnesium for my daughter now, too. My doc told me in addition to helping with constipation it helps with sleep and anxiety! Sounds good to me!

My son has struggled with constipation issues since infancy. However, he loves blueberries and other fibrous fruit which has been a healthy remedy. If your child does not mind eating fruits that can help his GI system, it's healthy and keeps my little guy regular and happy.
Today our homeopath suggested supplementing with magnesium which is supposed to regulate bowel movements and help with sleep- wouldn't that be a dream?!
