Kennedy Krieger has a good reputation and may have doctors to refer you to. sorry I can' tbe more helpful..Have you tried to contact your local disability resource center? There are also some parent groups in Fairfax I believe they are listed on the Autism Society of Northern Virginia website...can't remember at the moment.
