I worked on PT for 6 months with my DD starting last summer with very little progress when it came to #2. Her biomed dr. started her on anti-yeast treatment with Nystatin and within a week she was going #2 on the potty at least once per day. That was in January and she has had very few accidents since then. Gaby was nearly 6 by the time she finally stopped pooping in her panties. She also finally got out of nighttime pull ups at that time. I took her to Gymboree and had her pick out 7 pairs of panties that were only to be for sleep time. That was all it took and she's done very well.
