I know the supplier. There are all different oils, there are all kinds for memory, relaxation, stress, anything you name it. It's called young living essential oils. Here is their website, they have all different kinds https://www.youngliving.org/oils4wellnessn Hope this helps you, if you have any questions don't be hesitant to ask. Also I have used it on my kids who don't have disabilities and it works on them, also I usually can't sleep and i put it on and I am sleeping at least 7 to 9 hours.
My daughter has never slept more than 2 hours a night on her own. We upped her melatonin under medical supervision, but it wasn't enough, not even with chamomile tea. Finally, she was put on mirtazapene with a 5mg dose of melatonin. Most nights she gets 7 hours... but I'm also still looking for ways for less meds. Wearing her out doesn't do anything; she gets hyper with benadryl (I heard most kids get sleepy with it but not mine)
we have started doing something with our daughter. We go for a walk, come home and get some hot chocolate, then we either watch a low key movie ( sitting still) or we read a story book. Then its a trip to the bathroom just before laying down. I don't know if it will work for everyone, but it works for her at the moment. She is 10 though, and your child is 17. Good luck though.
