Every time I take Savi in to Naval Hospital Bremerton, I feel like I'm gearing up for battle. I *think* TriCare denied her referral for ABA therapy because it's not covered (I don't know for sure because I threw out the paper), but either way I'm tired of waiting forever to get her in when she needs to see someone, or fighting with stupid nurses in the ER when it's an emergency. They have a program called the ECHO or the exceptional family member healthcare option, this plan is especially suited for children on the spectrum or with other special needs. You will have to call your regional office and ask about it, if not you can check on the web at Tricare.com/echo I hope this helps. Kelly I like Dr.Crescenzi developmental peds @Bremerton School District peds clinic.she has been great so far !! She is really thorough. We have prime and enrolled in ECHO to get his ABA. We did have to wait a lil bit for a referral to ECHO after you choose an ABA therapy provider. We use Aces ABA therapy out of Tacoma. We do in home therapy. There is another place in Silverdale called Miles ABA services. Good luck!
