Columbus Ohio and St. Louis Missouri Services

I am brand new to this site. My husband and I are considering relocating to either Columbus, Ohio or St. Louis, MO. Can anyone that lives in either one of those areas tell me about the types of services available and the quality of those services. I would be especially interested to know how the school experience has been. Any help and input is very much appreciated!!!

I'm not familiar with St. Louis. I live in Columbus, Ohio. As far as schools here, I would say to avoid Columbus City Schools at all costs. There are other good school districts here.
