I have looked into this in depth and where I am located, the tracking devices are not available in my area. I am not, BY ANY MEANS, waiting on Washington to do anything to help my child. I have order "The Big Red Box" and looked at their resources, contacted my local police department and none of those options have worked for me. I figured someone might know more information than what was on disabilityscoop.com.

I thought it was just a bill in Congress and not a law. If your kid needs a GPS tracker, buy one and don't wait for Washington to come up with a solution. Isn't there already something like this for Alzheimer's patients?
