Members rallied around a parent seeking a soy milk alternative for their son with digestive issues, with almond milk emerging as the most popular recommendation due to its gentle digestion, wide availability at stores like Walmart, and similarity in taste to soy milk. Several members shared that switching from soy or cow's milk to almond milk resolved chronic diarrhea and improved overall digestion for their children, with one member noting their son began sleeping through the night after the switch. Other suggestions included coconut milk, rice milk, goat milk, and Ripple plant-based milk, with a recurring theme of testing different options to see what works best for each child's unique needs.
