Still Undecided About Preschool

We are still trying to make a decision as to whether we should send our son to a private preschool or to the special needs preschool in our district. Has anyone tried any other alternatives for preschool or tried a co-op preschool?
Does anyone have any recommendations of private preschools in the Los Angeles/ Pasadena area that cater to special needs kidos?

My son goes to The Help Group. It's a private school for autistic kids.

My son attended regular preschool (he is 12 now) and we hired a shadow teacher until He was in 4th grade. Now He is in 6th grade in public school and goes by himself. Having her there with him was great! He learned to follow scheduleds, get in his bus etc..

Thank you guys! We are considering the shadow option or possibly a ABA instructor with him.
I'm going to a preschool fair Sat. So maybe I'll get more info. I did contact the Help Group awhile ago but never heard anything. I will look into them again.
