What is miralax? Is it something to help with constipation? I know our kids have limited diets but I'd start working on getting her gut healthy. Otherwise it will be a life long problem.

I have never heard of Miralax doing this but if there is an allergy to an ingredient then I would not use it. We try to regulate with fruit and juice and have had some good success. If my some misses a day of fruit he will get backed up. We use fruit cups and apple sauce, along with Apple juice.

We added fiber in with the miralax and it made a difference!
