Northern FL Volusia Or Palm Coast Area, Wondering What Elementary Schools Are Good For My HFA Son Or High School ,my Typical Daughter?
A MyAutismTeam Member asked a question 💭

We currently live in Southern California, the cost of living here is high not to mention the property taxes are crazy! My son currently receives speech therapy twice a week. No aids in the class. We are hoping to find a school that is as kind, thoughtful and caring as his current school. Input on the local schools for Flagler County FL, and Volusia County FL schools would be great. Thank you !

FL in general is not good for ASD. They do have ASD classes in school but often the teachers are just regular special Ed teachers that take a few autism courses. The state payed for nothing so if you need extra services you pay out of pocket.
