YOGA!!! IT is amazing. If there is not a studio in your area offering adhd and asd classes, ASK!!!! Ask every studio until you meet someone that wants to help start a club or program. Yogis have big hearts. Please spread the word that YOGA is amazing for our kiddos. Please look it up online (pinterest has great idea if you want to start at home) Also indoor trampoline studios. They are great, also ask for a special block of time that special needs kids can have the space to themselves.
