Can you have rice in a gluten free diet if rice is not a high sensitivity. We've tried gluten free rice, but my daughter prefers regular rice.

"gluten free" rice is a rip off.

I thought rice was gluten free too. Are you finding that she is sensitive to variations of rice maybe (white vs brown vs brand)?
