They have it at Home Depot and lowes my son love it. He very noise sensitive we use it when we have to use the pubic restroom and very loud places it instantly calms him.

Just make sure you make a game out of it. First YOU put them on and make him interested, let him put them on himself, never force him to.

I found them useful and still use them sometimes myself (esp when cutting the grass!). I use the ones we bought for gun shooting. It makes it so much more quiet.
