He picks his nose until it bleeds. My son just turned 6 and he has always picked his nose. It has now gotten to the point where blood comes out of his nose and mouth. I'm not sure of what to do.

Try to keep his nose moist . My pediatrician told me to put a little Vaseline with a
Q tip in the nose and it helps.

My son picks his nose and sucks his thumb. I just tell him every time it's gross. He does even realize he doing sometimes.

It seems to be a nervous tic like nail biting. He knows its gross but cant seem to stop doing it.

My son does this ,not until it bleeds tho. The aba therapist told me to tell him it's gross. To tell him babies do that. My son is 9 and it seems to work.
