I am moving to foantana / inland empire from Los angeles area this summer. My son is HFA and will more than likely start 3rd grade in an Autism program. Does anyone have any opinion or input in regards to fontana and autism/special ed? Or inland regional center? I am really scared about the move and services out that way. We aren't receiving much support at the moment. I am tired of fighting LAUSD .

Fontana school district is ok.
I think as parents with special needs children we will always have to advocate at any district for our kids.
Depending on where in Fontana you move to, if you are more up north Fontana and get the Etiwanda school district you are lucky, that is one of the best Districts in the area. If you end up getting Fontana USD it will depend on the school you get , the newer schools seem to be doing good along with Juniper Elementary.
Ultimately it depends on the teacher you get.
